Does anyone know of a good method for fixing a punctured exercise/gym ball?
I found a small puncture in my gym ball, possibly from a partly exposed carpet gripper strip.
Are there any good methods of repairing it?
My first thought was a bicycle puncture repair kit but i’m not sure if the glue will take to the material the ball is made from.
Thanks.

They might sell repir sets, or try finding a rubber patch. You might just have to buy a new ball.

Bleach stain repair- Spot dyeing in Denver CO?
So I spilled a little of my hair bleaching peroxide on my carpet. I live in an apartment and I’m moving out next month. I’ve been searching for bleach spot dyeing repairs, but all I get is do-it-yourself kits that cost a pretty penny, and I’m wanting to just hire somebody to do it for me. Does anyone know how I can search for this, or if you know where I should go?

Donna asks…
i called Boston inspection services to check for mold in my apartment and…?
well, i requested an inspection on line to check for mold under and around the carpet. today they came here with no mold kit. they said well we can’t check for mold cos no mold kit. they checked off other repairs in the apartment but the whole point was for mold in the carpet.
what should i do, now.i showed them the mold and how its damp in under the carpet.
what next step do i take to get them to rip up this rug and give me wood floors??

admin answers:
First off, you need to show via inspection that the molds in question are the strain which is harmful to human health. There are only a couple, and you probably have common mildew. Second, you expect to get wood floors to replace the carpets ? Think again. The BEST you can hope for is replacement carpets.

Looking for a trustworthy real estate investor to buy my home West of Boca Raton, Florida?
Double Wide 190 Nobility M.H. west of Boca in Palm Beach County. 1200 sf, 2/2. kit/ba’s. remodeled. Just needs carpet and patio roof repair. Large fenced yard. Good Deal if I can find someone to buy. Know anyone good/trustworthy?? (I’m talking you’d let them do business w/your own Mother!) Advice also Greatly Appreciated!! Thanks in Advance!
I should have said right away—-This is WITH the LAND. I KNOW mobile homes depreciate in value!! The asking price w/ a realtor right now would be 120,000. A single wide w/ a small lot in this terrible market just went for 89,000 in my neighborhod.

Sounded good until you said Mobile home.. Most people avoid them like the plague… Go to a local real estate investors club meeting.. Ask around, and then check reference.. People they have done deals for, and not screwed.
